This Championship is open to all regardless of style or affiliation. The rules will be the International Knock Down standard competition by the rules of International Full-contact Karate-do Sekai Budo Karate-do Renmei Kyokushin Karate.

Men Open
Lightweight – Under 70kg
Middleweight – 70 to under 80kg
Heavyweight – Over 80kg
Women Open (2 weight categories)
Under 65 kg
Over 65 kg
Novice men (UK and Ireland competitors only)
Lightweight – Under 70kg
Middleweight – 70 to under 80kg
Heavyweight – Over 80kg
Novice women -2 weight category (UK and Ireland competitors only)
Under 65 kg

Junior’s Kumite Tournament-Age 06 -15 years (Five age categories) Male and female
Cadets– Ages 16, and 17 – Male and Female.
Veteran division for aged over 45 – Lightweight – Under 70kg.
Veteran division for aged over 45 – Middleweight – 70 to under 80kg.
Veteran division for aged over 45 – Heavyweight – Over 80kg.
Trophies and certificates will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in all categories.
