We are happy to inform that Chris Skaaning has successfully completed our annual Dan Examination on the 20th of September and has been promoted to 1st Dan Black Belt in Kyokushin Karate.
During the three-hour examination including 15 rounds of fights( Ju gonin-men-kumite), each of which lasted one and a half minutes, which focused on the SBKR Kyokushin Karate syllabus and his long-standing karate experience’ examination committee of Senpai Ian Cameron, Sensei Klaus Sloth and Shihan Prasanna Fernando approved his 1st Dan. Accordingly, he will be designated as a Sampai in SBKR.
