Summer Camp 2025

On 13th July our 8th annual summer camp was successfully completed at Irvine beach, Scotland this year. The weather was very nice this year and the temperature was the highest of the year, at 30 degrees. Our first training session consisted of Kihon, Ido, Renraku then strength, speed and endurance training, which all the students completed well. The water training was also very fun and a short break for the body and mind to be refresh.

Our second training session after lunch time was held at the adjacent Woodlands Hall and the focus was on kumite training. Here, Sensei Andras led the kumite training and taught the students his favorite techniques. In the end, all the students attended 30 men kumite sessions and except for a few new students, all the students successfully completed it. The new and senior students who attended had the opportunity to practice a new kata and practicing the kata was a relief to the mind and body after a tiring day.I am especially grateful to Sensei Andras Grof for his valuable contribution as one of our Instructors this time and also thanking to all the students who attended.

See you again next year.
