Kyokushin Karate Fernando Dojo Annual Summer Camp was held at a Balloch Lake in 23rd Saturday July 2016. Training schedule was very intense and there were several activities from morning to evening, such as Kihon, Kata Tensho, Naihanchi shodan/Bunkai , Ikken, Makiwara training, Fighting techniques and 10 men kumite.
The event was a great success and wonderful friendly atmosphere motivated everyone the participants of the camp. Osu!
