Sekai Budo Karate-do Renmei Kyokushin Karate Honbu successfully hosted the 5th annual summer camp at the Irvine beach. This was conducted by Shihan Prasanna Fernando and Sensei Andras Groff. The first part consisted of Kihon, Idogeiko, kata, conditioning and endurance training. The second training session was held in the woodlands community center which is 2.2 miles from the beach. This session focussed on pads training; kumite techniques followed by 15 men kumite. All students had a great day.
